We purchased a system four years ago and were advised to get a specific component. Now we've learned that replacement parts are no longer available, and we're being asked to invest in a new system instead. This is very disappointing. I question why I would purchase another product if the company can discontinue support at any time. Be cautious when dealing with this company.
