We had our system installed yesterday. The technician was well-informed, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Along with the representative who coordinated our virtual consultation, the entire process was straightforward. Our only regret is that we didn’t make this decision earlier! Fantastic product, but the process of ordering parts has been frustrating! I ordered a replacement filter, and instead of being delivered by a courier to our mailbox, it was thrown over our gate. Unfortunately, we didn’t see it when we got home and accidentally drove over it. The support team has been quite unhelpful, and while they sent a replacement, it still hasn’t arrived, and they claim they don’t permit couriers to leave items in a safe place. Yet, they allow them to toss items over a gate? It’s been extremely difficult to resolve this issue, which is very disappointing for a brand like this.
We scheduled a service for our tap, and the online booking was straightforward. The engineer called in the morning to confirm and arrived promptly. I was impressed with how he protected the work area and was very efficient, having everything he needed ready in his vehicle. It's rare to witness such excellent service; he was kind and polite. We purchased a system four years ago and were advised to get a specific component. Now we've learned that replacement parts are no longer available, and we're being asked to invest in a new system instead. This is very disappointing. I question why I would purchase another product if the company can discontinue support at any time. Be cautious when dealing with this company.
