Fantastic product, but the process of ordering parts has been frustrating! I ordered a replacement filter, and instead of being delivered by a courier to our mailbox, it was thrown over our gate. Unfortunately, we didn’t see it when we got home and accidentally drove over it. The support team has been quite unhelpful, and while they sent a replacement, it still hasn’t arrived, and they claim they don’t permit couriers to leave items in a safe place. Yet, they allow them to toss items over a gate? It’s been extremely difficult to resolve this issue, which is very disappointing for a brand like this.
