I had an issue with my Quooker tap that I wasn't able to fix with a reset, so I've just had it fixed by engineer Nigel. Brandon from HQ was able to schedule a last-minute appointment for me following a cancellation. Nigel arrived in the timescale indicated and did a first-rate job. He was extremely tidy, quickly got the problem resolved and carried out the full service that I requested as well. He was also very helpful in answering my questions and providing advice about ongoing maintenance of the tap. I'm very glad to have the tap back in service. I'm so glad I had one installed and I have really missed it while it was out of action. But it's all sorted now thanks to Brandon and Nigel.
