Extremely disappointed with HypeFly India. I placed order #HFLY-756ff0ef for Nike Vaporfly 3 on 5th Feb, paying a total of ₹16,598. This included a ₹1,499 premium for next-day shipping.
Despite the extra charge, they only shipped the item on 10th Feb. Due to this unacceptable delay, I denied the delivery on 13th Feb. HypeFly is now refusing to issue a refund or even provide a formal complaint reference number. They have charged for a service they did not provide and are now withholding my money. I have reported this to the National Consumer Helpline and advise others to be very careful before paying upfront here.
