I have serious doubts about the authenticity of many reviews here. This company seems very unreliable! They don’t allow online purchases because their advertised rates are misleading and nonexistent! They push you to call to 'validate' your details and offer a rate that is far from what’s online. I’ve reported them. No broker should operate like this nowadays. The staff lack knowledge and struggle to answer questions when pressed, including the sales manager. They claimed my rate increased due to a non-compliance discount from a previous company, but I know that some insurers accept this as standard, which seemed like an excuse to justify the misleading rate online. I requested an email confirmation of the insurer for the rate I saw online, but they refused without explanation. Very suspicious!
