I urge you to read this review. If there was a system for negative stars, I would choose that. I canceled my insurance even before it began, explaining that I needed the funds for another policy totaling 1143 pounds. They sent me an email stating I would receive my refund within 30 days, but after waiting that long, I still hadn't received my money! When I followed up, they mentioned it would take 30 working days and that it depended on how quickly the broker processed the payment. It's absurd how many inconsistencies they provided. The email clearly stated 30 days, not working days. I went through a different service and they indicated this was just an excuse. After more than 30 days, I reached out again, but they didn't reply. I eventually called them, and only then did they claim they had sent the money. It took 33 days and a phone call for them to take action, which should have been done within the specified time frame. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't called. When I checked with my bank about the supposed transfer, they informed me there was no pending amount. The level of misleading information and dishonesty I've encountered is unacceptable and unbelievable! This situation has caused me significant stress and financial strain. I'm uncertain when or if I'll ever receive my money. I'll wait another 3 days, and if nothing changes, I will escalate this issue to the relevant financial authorities.
