Never mind the good I said about this company. They’re clearly incompetent beyond belief. I had left a positive review for huw as I assumed he dealt with my issue. On Monday, the 26th my policy was due to cancel as the payment was due, I explained to agent huw for an extension until the 28th or even the 27th to make this payment. Agent huw explained I would need to contact the finance provider but I explained to huw I was abroad for family matters and was unable to call, huw said he would be able to make the call on my behalf. After a few minutes huw got back to me asking if the date being changed to the 30th would work to which I said yes, huw confirmed this was changed for me. Fast forward a few hours later and I received an email from quote detective as well as the finance provider stating the policy was cancelled. Today, when quote detective were open, I had went on chat to discuss this and whether this email was automated, to my surprise, it was in fact not and the agent explained that the previous agent “huw” had made an error and the policy was never extended. This now means I’ve got a cancellation to declare permanently and constant higher prices from this utterly poor service and ridiculous company
