As a new customer attempting to configure the app for the black box has been an incredibly frustrating ordeal from the beginning. We are now three days in, and the app still refuses to function! It fails to detect an Internet connection when trying to activate the account. I have sent emails seeking a resolution, yet no one has reached out to me. I am at risk of having the policy canceled because there is no assistance available for an issue that seems to stem from the company's faults rather than my own. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, granted all permissions, and restarted my phone. The time I have spent trying to activate an account could easily be resolved if someone would contact me or if there were a number available for general inquiries. The automated bot for inquiries is ineffective in this case, as it simply directs me to send an email to an address I am starting to believe is not even monitored. A very frustrated customer in need of assistance.
