Didn't have an issue with them at first, was really happy with the price considering everywhere else was so much higher, was a bit peeved at the black box marking me down for apparent cornering, harsh breaking and distracted driving despite being stationary at my destination but the issue started when my device wasn't recording trips on my app, I hadn't changed anything and followed the instructions to make sure my phone settings were correct! Got intouch with them NUMEROUS times to say it wasn't working but recieved the same copied and pasted reply of what phone settings I needed even though I stated numerous times that this had been done and still wasn't working! A couple weeks ago I recieved an email with a cancellation warning because I had no recorded trips so I decided to try a different phone to connect to the device and luckily it worked, my trips were being recorded for 4 days for me to then recieve a cancellation email even though I rectified the issue (no thanks to them!) I emailed back saying that my trips had been recording after changing to another phone and they replied with "were still cancelling it". So I've found an insurance company for the same price minus the stupid black box and copy and pasted troubleshooting robotic replies!
