Impossible to get in touch with the company. I was with this insurance company for less than a month. Within this time I was marked down for going on my phone when I wasn’t using it. For example, I would get a notification and it would mark me down. There’s also no option to change the driver. So any time you’re in the car you cannot touch your phone even when someone else is driving. It would also take my score down based on the time I was driving throughout the day.
