I was so looking forward to receiving and trying Qure’s product. I ordered online with the note that it would ship in 1-3 business days. That timeline passed plus a couple days so I reached out and was assured there was a mixup with a warehouse but that it would be shipped within the NEXT 1-3 days and I’d receive updated shipping at that time. Again, that timeline more than passed and again I was assured it would be shipped within the following 1-3 business days, this time with expedited shipping and a free serum. That deadline also passed with a couple extra days so I reached back out again (though I did receive the serum that I never wanted). This time, the item wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be in stock until April 24th (I ordered online March 14th) so to expect the product to be shipped within 1-3 business days following the new April 24th deadline so nearly 6 weeks after my order date rather than within the same week and, honestly, no guarantees that this would be the truth either. The service members were friendly but this is either a scam or their inventory team needs an overhaul. Regardless, the product is not cheap and I requested a refund.
