It was a bummer that I had to be shipped a new replacement mask for the one I received. however, the process was really easy and they were very polite and helpful. It was no issue for me to get an exchange as soon as possible.
I purchased three micro- needling boxes after watching several videos about it online. What they don’t tell you is how much the process HURTS. I could hardly get through the first treatment as it requires self-inflicted pain. The individuals demonstrating how it works are clearly masking the pain or are far more pain-tolerant than am I. There should be truth in their advertising that customers should expect pain.
I emailed customer service to request a refund and to arrange for the products to be returned. That was 10 days ago with multiple emails requiring me to answer more and more questions and still no answer if they will accept my return or not. Today they emailed asking me to send photos of what I will be returning, despite the fact that I described it to them twice. Returning a product from a dissatisfied customer should not be this complicated! I still don’t know if they will accept my return or not. My next step is to refute the original charge with my bank.
So, Qure needs to get their marketing messages accurate and make a more efficient system for returns. If you don’t mind inflicting pain on yourself, then I am sure you’ll get the results they claim to promise.
I haven't had the opportunity to use the system yet, as I received the incorrect product. However, when I contacted support, they arranged to send the correct item and allowed me to keep the one I received by mistake. I wasn't expecting that at all! The customer service is outstanding, and they treat their customers well. I'll provide another review once I've had a chance to use the system.
I bought an LED face mask expecting a high-quality, durable product. Unfortunately, it stopped functioning properly after less than a year of correct use. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed that the warranty period had expired and they were unable to assist me. The only option provided was a $100 credit towards another device, which I find unacceptable considering the original product failed so soon through no fault of my own. For a high-priced LED device, this raises significant concerns regarding durability and quality assurance. Offering a minimal discount to purchase another product after such a quick failure does not demonstrate good customer service or trust in their products. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this company. I strongly suggest looking for a brand that stands by its products and provides fair warranty support for early failures.
I was really pleased with the outcomes of my first micro infusion session. My only concern is that I didn’t receive the “Pro tip” advice about doing 2-3 passes until a week later. Excited for the next treatment!
I purchased a product about a month ago and accidentally disposed of the applicator bottle. I reached out to the support team since I couldn't find a replacement on their site. They kindly sent me a new one at no charge, as they don't offer them for sale individually.
