I payed for subscription, tried it out for a few days and wanted more features, because the subscription for 59.99 doesn’t have good enough features, I wanted to upgrade and there wasn’t any option, just to buy another for 99.99 so I canceled 59.99 and assumed since I didn’t use it much(!only a few days) that I would get the money back. Nope to their policy they didn’t give me money back and now I have no subscription, nor my money back!
I contacted Apple support, and they said due to policy, they cannot give me the money back. I’m unhappy, and will look at places where I can leave a bad feedback for Qustodio
