Frustrating Service Experience

I would have rated them lower if possible. After installing their software on my child's computer, it disrupted the 'timeline' feature, misrecording activities. I allowed 3 hours of computer time, but he was blocked due to the system's confusion. Additionally, the software crashes the browser shortly after launch, and despite attempts to contact support, I only received generic responses. After searching for their contact number and calling, I was redirected back to the ticketing system with no help. I eventually disputed the charges and do not recommend wasting time with this service; better options surely exist.

I wish I could rate them lower

I wish I could rate them lower, but that option isn’t available. My experience has been frustrating: after installing the software on my child's PC, it messed up the 'timeline' feature. It misinterpreted yesterday's activity as today’s. I limited my child's screen time to 3 hours, but he was blocked because the system incorrectly combined his usage. Furthermore, the software prevents the browser from functioning properly, crashing shortly after launch. Despite attempts to disable monitoring, the issue remained. After removing the software, the browser worked fine, but reinstalling caused the same problem. My attempts to contact support yielded only automated replies, and I eventually found their phone number, only to be directed back to the ticketing system with no response. I ended up disputing the charges. I wouldn’t recommend this service; there are better alternatives out there.

Trial Software Experience

I downloaded the trial software to evaluate it for purchase. Based on reviews, I expected the child to be unable to turn off location tracking, but that was not the case. The location feature is stuck at the last visited place since the child's device location was disabled. Other than that, I believe it has potential, and I plan to spend more time exploring the software.

Lack of Customer Support

Customer support is virtually nonexistent. I subscribed to a premium service and immediately attempted to cancel and request a refund, but it’s been nearly a week without any response. They claim to reply within two working days, but that seems untrue. I have sent multiple emails and only received automated replies.

Mixed Impressions

There are many false alerts and limited monitoring on Apple devices beyond general app usage. However, it performs better on Apple devices compared to some competitors and does block certain graphic content.

App is Invasive and Disturbing

I purchased a yearly subscription with the intention of limiting my son's phone usage and setting a nighttime curfew. The installation was quick, but I was shocked to find that all intrusive features were activated by default, including location tracking and message reading. I discovered this when my son searched for something personal and the app sent it to my email. I felt I had violated his trust and immediately sought to disable these features, but found it impossible. I reached out for support but received no response. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or their children’s privacy. I strongly advise against purchasing this app; if you have it, uninstall it immediately.
