I ordered on the 21st of January. In the description is say 3-5 business days. I stop receiving transit information on the 24th of January. It has 3 different shipping company’s to deliver your hair which I don’t really understand. I was excited for my hair but being today is the 29th of January and I haven’t had an update I’m super disappointed. If you need hair in a particular time frame I would avoid shopping here. They gave me a FedEx order number and when I went to go look the number doesn’t exist. I wanted to leave a good review but I don’t even have the hair to do so. I won’t be ordering again for sure 😭.
