I ordered on the 21st of January. In the description is say 3-5 business days. I stop receiving transit information on the 24th of January. It has 3 different shipping company’s to deliver your hair which I don’t really understand. I was excited for my hair but being today is the 29th of January and I haven’t had an update I’m super disappointed. If you need hair in a particular time frame I would avoid shopping here. They gave me a FedEx order number and when I went to go look the number doesn’t exist. I wanted to leave a good review but I don’t even have the hair to do so. I won’t be ordering again for sure 😭. Purchasing hair from this seller is not advisable. The customer support is frustrating. Their aim seems to be to make it hard for you to return the product, pushing you to keep it. We should focus on supporting businesses that align with our values instead of settling for subpar options—it's simply not worth the hassle.
I regret to inform that the hair I purchased from QVR is one of the worst I have ever seen and deal with in my 30+ years of being a professional hair braider/ stylist and owner of my own hair braiding salon.
I order the QVR HHH N DW+ NATURAL 14”100% HUMAN HAIR made by QVR, to use for my trip to New York for the holidays, when it was first installed It’s very soft and workable and looked great, by the next week, it started to get fluffy and started to tangle especially at the roots, regardless of whatever product I used to tame it, by the second week, it was so tangle I couldn’t even run my fingers through it, I tried brushing the whole thing out to get the tangles out, but by the time I apply some activating product to get the curls back, by the a couple of hours, it was even a bigger tangled mess , no matter what I did or the products I used.
By the third week, regardless of how much I brush it and how much product I put in it by the time the products dry out it will go back to being an uncontrollable dehydrated mess; for that reason, I had to wear a hat the rest of my trip.
This is definitely not 100% Human Hair,
it is highly mixed with Synthetic Hair of the lowest and worst quality and should NOT be advertised as 100% human hair.
If the manufacturer will simply say it’s Synthetic Hair and charge for it as Synthetic Hair, I will have not had a problem; but the fact that, they promoted it as if it is Human Hair and charged for it as human hair is completely deceitful.
I will never buy any hair from QVR ever again.

This was a regrettable purchase. Removing it was incredibly challenging, as the hair became severely tangled with my natural hair. I tried styling with water, and despite using both a detangler and conditioner during the removal process, I was still struggling with the hair. I suffered noticeable breakage to my natural hair and was nearly in tears. I cannot recommend this hair to anyone, especially given the cost. I bought the Afro Kinky, and after taking it out, the hair was completely unusable, resulting in almost $200 wasted. This was a total letdown and a significant financial loss.
I ordered a crochet hair on 12/8/25, and I still haven't received the package. Last week, before Christmas, the tracking showed it was moving from Arlington, TX to Buffalo, NY, and now it indicates it was out for delivery yesterday. Today is a new day, and there's still no delivery. The shipping experience has been terrible, and I will not shop there again. Consider this a warning to others.
I placed my order for hair on December 4th, 2025, and I have yet to receive it. The shipping information seems unreliable, as the tracking indicated it was in Kentucky, which is nearby, before suddenly changing to New Jersey. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. This experience is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering again.

The hair arrived sooner than I thought it would. It’s very soft, and the burn test was successful. However, I noticed quite a bit of shedding when I brushed it. I expected the curls to be looser, but perhaps they will relax after washing and wearing it. I haven't tried it on yet, but I'll provide an update once I do.
To begin with, the quality is fantastic. However, the reason I felt compelled to share my experience is that I mistakenly ordered the incorrect quantity of hair. When I reached out to the support team, they replied the very next day and efficiently resolved the issue. I appreciated that I didn’t have to jump through hoops to sort this out.
