Placed an order over a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. They claim 1-2 day response time meanwhile they take 4 days to answer an email. They still will not provide me an estimate date of when they will ship my order. This was for a birthday present of which they have completely screwed me because it won’t be here for weeks after the birthday. DO NOT ORDER FROM QK. FIND A US VENDOR AND BUY FROM THEM.
