Account Disabled Without Warning – Zero Communication for Weeks

I have been an active expert source on Qwoted for over a year, successfully contributing to major outlets like Forbes, BBC, and Travel+Leisure. My experience recently turned into a total lack of professional transparency.I realized something was wrong when my regular email notifications for relevant media requests suddenly stopped in December. When I tried to log in at the start of January to investigate, I discovered my account had been disabled without any prior warning or explanation. The lack of support is systemic:Complete Silence: I sent multiple inquiries to their support team and my assigned Success Manager over the last three weeks. Every single email went unanswered.Failed Live Chat: I attempted to resolve this via live chat today. The agent used an incorrect script claiming I was a duplicate user. When I explained that I have been a loyal user for over a year, the agent simply abandoned the conversation. It seems I am not alone in this experience. Other recent reviews from users like Svetlana and Ehlana confirm a pattern of Qwoted blocking relevant, high-quality contributors with zero explanation or customer service. If Qwoted is purging accounts to prioritize paid users, they should at least have the professional courtesy to inform their long-term partners. Disabling a proven expert source without a word is not how you build a credible media network.I am now moving my expertise to more reliable and transparent platforms like HARO, Featured.com (owns also HARO), and Sources of Sources (SOS). Do not waste your time here if you expect basic communication or professional respect.EDIT (13 February):Trustpilot contacted me stating that Qwoted requested additional details to recognize my review.I confirm that I was an active user of Qwoted for over a year. If further verification is required, Qwoted can contact me directly using the information associated with my account.I stand by my review, which reflects my personal experience.UPDATE (14 February 2026):Trustpilot has contacted me again requesting additional verification details to confirm my experience with Qwoted. Here are the requested details:Account email: provided privately via verification formAccount created: March 2024Last successful login: December 2025Success Manager: Shelby BridgesCompany: World Travel IndexInterestingly, my Success Manager Shelby Bridges viewed both my company profile (World Travel Index) and my LinkedIn profile immediately after I posted this review - proving that Qwoted is fully aware of who I am and can easily verify my account. Yet despite this, I still have received zero communication regarding why my account was disabled.Qwoted has complete access to my account history and can verify all details at any time.
