I do not recommend this store.I had a very bad experience with this store when buying the R36S console. The shipping, which according to the website should have taken between 3 and 8 days, ended up taking *more than a month and a half*. Communication with the seller was practically nonexistent, and *the notification to pick up the package arrived the last day before it was returned. Furthermore, *the pickup point shown on the app was incorrect*, which caused me even more frustration.When I finally received the console, I was shocked to discover it was a counterfeit product, one of the many clone consoles sold on AliExpress and Temu that can be found for around €20, but the seller was offering it for more than double that price. I feel scammed.The refund process was slow and problematic, and to top it all off, the store owner threatened to report me to the authorities if I didn't return the product—a completely unacceptable attitude for a seller.I absolutely do not recommend buying from this store. Be very careful.
