I ordered a games console Order #9418 from this company on the 22nd of December 2025 it is now the 6th of February 2026 and they still haven't sent it out. I've contacted the company multiple times and they never replied. I Bought it through SHOP on a 3 month plan after the 1st month and payment went through no sign of the item got on to SHOP and they were no help nagging for the 2nd payment even though I never received the item I contacted them to cancel the payments and there attitude is we can't do anything there end so contact the seller to cancel the item and we all know where that leads. I had to contact my bank to get a refund and had to cancel the automatic payments to SHOP.DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT RECOMMEND - The package never arrived, and I received no response from the seller. All my attempts to reach out were ignored, forcing me to request a refund through my bank. AVOID THIS SERVICE.

Please remove it, as it misrepresents the values of the creators. There are various models available, and for accurate information, check the profiles instead of trusting the website.

I ordered a console for my son's main Christmas gift at the beginning of December, thinking I had plenty of time since they promised 5 days for delivery. It hasn’t even been shipped! I emailed with no reply, worried it wouldn't arrive in time, and today I received an email saying they can't fulfill the order and will process refunds soon. Just 3 days before Christmas, it's too late to find something else, and now I have no money to buy another gift. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.
Terrible service. I placed an order on November 24, and despite multiple emails and attempts to contact them through social media, I've received no communication. Like others, I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. I will be reaching out to consumer protection services.
I wish I had seen the reviews sooner! I purchased 4 consoles on November 21, and they were quick to take my payment (£187), but I received zero communication until December 17 when they canceled my order due to insufficient stock. It took them 3.5 weeks to realize they were out of stock? It's a complete joke! I ordered these as Christmas gifts and now have only a week to replace them, but I haven’t received my money back yet! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
