This is actually my second time leaving a review for this company, my first was a few weeks ago.I ordered a console as a gift and as my previous review mentioned, the communication was absolutely non existent and delivery time was 3+ weeks after the website promised 3-8 days. This company does not say anywhere on the website that the item is coming from China and does not give realistic delivery time frames. They also do not answer calls on the contact number listed, and are extremely slow to respond to emails (if at all)During the very long shipping process, I asked Klarna to pause my payments until I knew whether or not the item would actually arrive. It did eventually get here and I paid the item off in full via Klarna. Last night I received an email from Klarna telling me that I was receiving a full refund for the item. I had not requested this. Today I got an email from r36s with a return label for the item I had bought. This was immediately followed by an email accusing me of fraud as I had received the item but not paid for it. They threatened to take this matter further.I have never in my life received an email of this sort from a company. They claim the refund from Klarna was completely Klarnas doing and nothing to do with them. They sent me an invoice to pay again to “avoid further action”.It is just not worth buying from this company, they appear completely disorganised and many people on here are unhappy with the service.Lots of other companies offer the same items, shop elsewhere! I wish I had never bothered….
