Service was extremely disappointing. The registration system is fundamentally broken: mandatory sign-up, separate User ID and email, no option to view a password, lack of registration confirmation, and password reset emails that never arrive. I tried on both mobile and desktop but was unable to log in or purchase a ticket. I wasted an excessive amount of time for no outcome. If a ticketing platform can't manage basic registration, it should reconsider its business in ticket sales.
