UPDATE: After three incorrect return tickets issued by the support team, I finally managed to send the product back, but five weeks later I still have no refund and no response to numerous emails I sent. The product was subpar, and the customer service was even worse. They sent me a non-functional item and refused to allow me to return it. Plus, they didn't respond to my emails for two weeks. It's better to invest in genuine, quality products; this is not worth it.
