Quality service with solid products

The service was professional, and the products were of good quality. The installation was completed faster than I expected, although I was aware that delivery might take a while. One downside I noticed after the installer left was that he accidentally damaged the wall in two places during the curtain rail installation, chipping part of the gypsum. It appeared to be more of an oversight than a refusal to fix it, as he had filler available for the drilling spots.

STEER CLEAR Terrible product and service (STEER CLEAR)

UPDATE: After three incorrect return tickets issued by the support team, I finally managed to send the product back, but five weeks later I still have no refund and no response to numerous emails I sent. The product was subpar, and the customer service was even worse. They sent me a non-functional item and refused to allow me to return it. Plus, they didn't respond to my emails for two weeks. It's better to invest in genuine, quality products; this is not worth it.

Blackout roller blinds issues

I ordered blackout roller blinds with sliders on both sides. With years of experience in interior decor, I can say this product lacks quality. The sizing did not account for the mounting brackets, resulting in a height discrepancy of 10-15mm for both windows. Since it was a custom fit, I had to modify the extrusions myself. The plastic components are so fragile that they crack easily. The roller mechanism is poorly designed and doesn't hold properly, causing the blind to roll down unevenly. The fabric was already coming out of the guides and required gluing. The installation instructions were inadequate and didn't clarify the process well. Overall, this is a low-quality product priced too high, and I wouldn't recommend it. What should have been a simple installation took over eight hours due to sizing issues and substandard parts.

I ordered black blinds for my window and couldn't be more satisfied! The quality is outstanding, the fit is absolutely perfect, and installation was straightforward. Delivery was prompt as well. They have completely transformed my sleep — the blackout feature is incredible. Honestly, the best decision ever. Highly recommend!

Delivery issues

Unfortunately, the package initially arrived at the delivery point. I requested it to be redelivered after 5:00 p.m. since I work until then and can't collect it earlier. Recently, I called to see if I could pick it up myself, but it was no longer at the location. Please consider another delivery service and adjust shipping times so that more customers can receive their products.
