After purchasing my second jacket from this brand, I was disappointed by the repair service. My first jacket lasted five years and had quick repairs, but this time it took much longer. When it returned, I was shocked at how standards had dropped. They simply placed a sticker over the rip, which doesn't match the jacket's color and will likely wear off quickly. Spending £25 for a sticker after three weeks is unacceptable, and I feel embarrassed to wear this jacket now.
