The repair workshop informed me that items dropped off after December 1st may not be returned until January 5th, leaving me without a winter jacket for a month due to a manufacturing defect, which seems unreasonable. The customer service was rigid and provided repetitive responses that didn’t address my concerns. Despite the brand's promises of a lifetime warranty, my experience reveals a gap between marketing and reality.
