I bought the RAB Women's Xenair Alpine Light Insulated Jacket which is €220 in the end of January 2024 for a skiing vacation after having been recommended RAB from one of my good (arctic) outdoor friends. After having used it 10 days on ski and 4 days commuting at home all the letters in the logo inside the jacket have fallen off and the letters in the logo on the outside of the jacket have started to become loose just as there has come a tear in the jacket around the hem on the outside of the jacket.I wrote to the RAB support team to get some help but was told that I could send the jacket in and pay for it myself for it to be repaired. I am super disappointed of the quality of the €220 jacket - I had honestly expected it to last more than 2 (!!!) weeks of use underneath a shell jacket - and the costumer service at RAB. It is for sure both the first and last time I will buy from this brand. I really do not recommend buying RAB equipment unless you want to spend money on expensive gear that do not last more than 2 weeks!! RAB proclaims to be "top of the market", but if that is true I really do not want to buy equipment from anyone at the bottom..
