I bought a Rab down jacket about 3 years ago and the zip stopped working properly after 2 years. I sent the jacket in and they replaced the zip slider. 11 months later the new zip slider fell off. I contacted Rab customer service who told me to send in an email with pictures. I then had no response for almost a week despite a call and 3 chasing emails. Eventually I got an email saying I need to pay for a new zip despite the fact they replaced the zip slider which fell off.Very disappointed - poor service and not standing behind d their repairs. I will buy a North Face jacket instead
