Only been with RAC 6 months after swapping from AA, huge mistake.. had a puncture 3 months ago and took 6 hours to come out.
This week had mechanical
Breakdown, (alternator) initially went on app (that’s rubbish) and told two hours, then updated to 3 to 5 hours them up to 9hrs.. gave up in the end and called AA, and they were there within an hour and sorted problem despite me leaving them.
Back to AA on renewal, clearly RAC haven’t got resources & staff.
Guess you get what you pay for.
