Very poor service, I had a blow out and needed recovery. I logged it with RAC... I had no eta given. I waited 2 hours before I phoned. I was told that, I couldn't get recovered until 2am but I could pay for S tyre fitter to come out for extra charge. What's the point of having RAC exactly?
The response was... well you will need you tyre changing anyway. My response not a the cost of nearly 200 quick.
What a absolute waste of time the membership is. Total joke. RAC... just another corporate company ripping the public off blind... poor show man!
