I think their company motto must be "Dont give service away to the market".
Not suitable for overseas travel as you cannot easisly contact them from outside Australia.
They do not have a digital voice contact service in 2026!
They offer reverse charge phone calls that have to be connected through an operator. Operator service no longer exist in most countries.
This is, in my opinion, a deliberate ploy to prevent claims being allowed. There is lots of inforamtion you will need to make a claim and their claims portal is clunky and drip feeds the requirements.
Their claims portal does not walk you through your options clearly or provide much help so talking to a person is needed but deliberately made dificult to do.
