Terrible Company to purchase Travel Insurance with I had a medical thing overseas and have had my claim in with them for months for a refund. Haven’t heard off them once I call them at least 3 times a week and get told I’ll get a call back but never do.So unprofessional and disgusting from such a well known name/business. The call centre workers couldn’t care less when your on the phone to them and just interrupt you at every time you go to speak.
