On my initial consultation I was left waiting almost an hour after checking in with the receptionist. After I felt it had been rather a long time to wait I enquired with the staff and they said the consultations are short so don't show up that clearly on their online schedule window. Perhaps this can look at being rectified in the future so other people aren't missed?When I came back for my treatment I felt the appointment was rather rushed. I have had botox for over 2 years now and normally get minimal bruising where the needle enters the skin but nothing more than that. I ended up with an enlarged bruise under the skin, above my right eyebrow which still has not cleared up, over two weeks later (Which I imagine is from hitting a blood vessel or vein?) Being completely honest, I actually felt too nervous about returning for my follow up/top up in case secondary bruising was incurred which makes me really sad. I would like someone to reach out to me via email to let me know if i should be concerned about this bruise if that's okay?I am happy with the smoothness I have gained on my forehead from the botox, I can tell Rachael knows what she is doing, but I felt the whole organisation from start to finish really needs streamlining and if my appointment hadn't been rushed, I feel I might not have suffered the bruising. I chose Rachael Katie cosmetics due to the number of good reviews online but sadly don't think I'll be returning as I worry about other side effects that can happen if injectables aren't administered carefully.Thank you for treating me, I just felt morally obligated to raise my concerns in the hopes it might help with the business organisation in the future and avoid complications.
