I was happy overall with the service I received and wouldn't let my lack of 5 stars put anyone off - it's more a case for others to learn from issues I received to help others in the future. The customer service was brilliant and the end products received we're as described. I made an error on one order, putting the wrong graphic in but was easily rectified over email with the speedy help of 'Kevin'.I bought branded cupcakes for clients as a Christmas present with having a bunch delivered to myself to deliver personally. Just a few issues included which I'd like others to learn from were:1 - Personalised tags that they offer, we're put on the wrong boxes, so clients received the wrong branded cupcakes.2 - The colour of my images for the image was way off. A lot came out quite blue but image was purple. Minor considering it's edible3 - I had two images. One of the clients logo and one of mine. I checked the box for 'colour matching frosting' expecting my clients logo frosting to colour match theirs, and then my colour to mine. What they got was all of their frosting was white, and only my design colour matched to mine. Again, not the intended colour of the desired graphic provided, but a minor issue.Overall, I would order again but would make the specifics clearer to hopefully get a better outcome. The wrong labels were human error, which I can accept, but just a real bummer to give clients the wrong cupcakes.
