I rarely leave reviews but felt I had to as I was so impressed with how good the customer service was that I received from Rachael’s Kitchen!
I ordered at around 3.30pm on Wednesday and was confused as I didn’t have a confirmation email but the money had came out of my bank. I called Rachael’s Kitchen at 1pm on Thursday and got to speak to someone straight away who apologised as they were having some issues with the website and emails but confirmed my cupcakes were out for delivery that day. She then called back around 10 minutes later to say my cupcakes had already been delivered to my neighbour!!! I ordered the cakes for the Thursday as the website says next day but I didn’t actually need them until today. I ordered with a few days to spare because I thought there is no way they’ll come so quickly - and I gave extra days just in case. I am so shocked at some of the reviews of cupcakes not being delivered on the day you specify as these things are completely outwith the company’s control. If you need something for an event order with a few days to spare to account for delivery issues!! Ours came on Thursday and were in the fridge until this morning and everyone said they were amazing!
