The rings are quite lovely, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I was promised a return label for a faulty ring nine days ago. After multiple emails, two phone calls, and two unanswered chats, I'm still waiting. I've now been instructed to call back in 24 hours. Additionally, why do they only send return labels by post? In today's digital age, it seems unreasonable not to use email.
