I ordered a silver ball bracelet on November 14th, and when it arrived, it was incredibly small—more suitable for a doll. I requested to return it and was told a free return label would arrive within 3-5 days, but it never did. In December, I was reassured for a second time that the label was on the way, but it wasn't. Now I've been told again that a label has been sent. It makes me wonder if the company is facing serious issues.
