This is one of those websites that ask if you want to add extras at checkout. I was asked 3 times and declined 3 times. My order went through as the 1 item I purchased. but within seconds a subsequent email came through updating my order with some very ugly earrings added..... this was charged to my CC at £112. I replied immediately saying don't send these, I didn't order and don't want them. They were of course sent to me. I then struggled for 2 weeks to get a refund of the item and the recorderd postage I had had I pay for the privilege of ensuring they got them. I will never buy from this website again. Customer service were polite but ineffectual. What a shame as I would have bought more items. I did get the refund in the end.
