Ordered 2 pairs of earrings. One pair the hoops are so small they are not wearable at all and would be surprised if anyone's pierced ears would allow these to fit! Tried to organise return and refund and have zero response to my emails. Live chat doesn't work at all. Rang them and the number is a recorded message on loop. I'm usually very good at spotting dodgy retailers but got stung this time! Do not buy from these people! Wish I'd checked these reviews first!
