I received the two items I ordered, but they arrived after Christmas despite ordering early. The items did not match their online representation. The glasses resemble candle holders with a sticker on them, and they did not come in a gift box as promised. I contacted customer support with photos as requested, but there was no follow-up. I cannot recommend this service or their products.
