The product received was far below what I anticipated. The advertising was somewhat misleading; the label indicated it was Blanton's - The original single barrel bourbon whiskey - and clearly depicted liquid in the bottle. However, what I received was empty, and the top was missing, which was crucial for distinguishing between the various bottles available. Additionally, despite paying for expedited shipping with a specified delivery date, it arrived months later, missing the intended birthday. The product as delivered does not justify the price paid.
I placed my order in November, but it didn’t arrive until 12/31/25. The items I received were nothing like the pictures shown. I’ve reached out several times regarding a return for a refund, but they keep insisting there will be minor variations because they are 'custom made'. The products arrived with a simple sticker, not crafted as promised. They feel like low-quality items sold at inflated prices, and I can’t get a refund. I will not be ordering from this seller again.

I ordered Advent calendars in October, but they were delivered to my Town's City Hall on December 15th, and I only received one of the seven I ordered. It's astonishing how poorly this service operates. There is no support or assistance available. Do not order anything from this company unless you enjoy losing your money. Total disappointment with no recourse except hoping for a chargeback.
