I’ve reached out several times regarding a return for a refund, but they keep insisting there will be minor variations because they are 'custom made'. The products arrived with a simple sticker, not crafted as promised. They feel like low-quality items sold at inflated prices, and I can’t get a refund. I will not be ordering from this seller again.
