I find it very concerning that there is no disclosure anywhere on the website or during the ordering process that these cups are made and packaged in a household that contains cats. This is important information for customers with allergies or sensitivities, and without transparency, people cannot make an informed decision before purchasing.In addition to this, the way customer concerns are handled is troubling. I have personally witnessed customers being spoken to in a belittling and dismissive manner when raising genuine questions or issues. Concerns are often minimised, deflected, or reframed in a way that makes the customer feel at fault for raising them in the first place.Rather than addressing feedback professionally, responses can feel rude and invalidating, which discourages customers from speaking up.
