Honestly, where do I start? So she said on the recent live she had lots of snow globes in "stock" and ready for sale, so I bought two and picked my stickers. I then received an email that night at 9:30 PM stating her "order of snow globes had been received and three had broken," so I and another customer needed to be refunded. Strange to say, on the live you already had them in stock. Anyway, I said no problem, I'll have the refund, so she emailed for my order number. That was it; no emails back for four days. She was on live making people's snow globes, messing them up while also telling people, "I've replied to your emails, don't worry, you can still have this cup I've made for you even though I've messed it up a little; I'll still refund you," all the while I'm emailing her about my refund of nearly £40 and messaging in the live, and she is ignoring me. After four days of no communication, I emailed her a lengthy email stating that if she did not give me a refund, I would have to go to the police and also go through my bank as fraud. She then emailed me back straight away, stating my refund had been processed but wouldn't go into my bank account straight away. I immediately knew this was a lie because I didn't get a refund notification. The next day, I received a refund notification for my full order. Not happy at all. Five days of no communication, selective communication by the looks of it. And the way she speaks to people is out of order. Disgusting.
