I dont know where to start. First of all my cup came packed appropriately. However upon opening the parcel and viewing my purchase I found a few issues. The vinyl decal was peeling off. There was no straw and the cup was dirty inside and out. Having looked further into this lady, it appears her hygiene levels are shocking. No hand sanitising, no hand washing, eats and drinks over customer order, wipes her face and nose on her hands, no sanitising. Allows her cats to sit on her work surface all while she makes these cups. I have contacted her twice regarding the issue and I have had no response. Please avoid at all costs.
