I wish I could give this zero. I ordered a cup and firstly the box was bashed looking, which may not be her fault due to delivery issues I don’t know where to begin. In the process of making my cup i was being muted and I wasn’t able to communicate with her on what I would like on my cup, her mod muted me as I asked for a different wrap as I changed my mind. So I ended up with a cup in which wrap Rachel chose. Her customer service is real bad , she has a bad attitude and looks angry when she made my cup. I wish i had not of ordered and payed more attention to the people who are exposing her for who she really is. This is not good . I wouldn’t recommend to buy a cup from Rachel, she came up on my fyp page and I seen last night she is now selling 1.49 cups from b&m and she is selling them for 4 times the price , this is sick , i now know that she is in it for greed and she did not respond to my email to raise my concern my cup was just shipped out and that’s not what way I wanted my design to look
