Very unhygienic. My cup was tacky when it came and bubbles still in there before sealing. I watched her live making it and her cat was all over the table, she kept wiping her head with her hands because she was too hot whilst making my cup. I wanted to cancel but has no cancellation policy in place. I binned it, waste of money. Disappointed as I wanted to give her the benefit of doubt but can’t.
