This isn’t a hate post as customers have to make their own mind up.my experience was I came across this lady on my home page felt very bad after her sharing her childhood trauma.i thought ok give her a chance as we all make mistakes.i ordered 2 cups one for my autistic son which was not a snow globe as he smashes things the cup had deep scratches on it which you could tell had been hidden by the decal there was no straw my second one was a snow globe which had overlapped decal and was not sealed to the edge which had caused a crease inside the cup there was a post it note which had what looked like blood or sauce on it iv tried to email her no reply have the proof so going to take it higher they are both in the bin where they belong
