Where do I start? Absolutely shocking. Rachel demands to see postcodes on her live chat to confirm the customer in chat is the person who’s ordered. I have seen people posting their entire postcode in a TikTok chat, completely breaching gdpr by asking for these customers to post their postcode. Cats all over the sides, doesn’t use gloves for some unknown reason, sprays hands with antiseptic spray but then wipes it off on her trousers/shorts, how clean! On top of this Rachel comes across as a spoilt person who is very privileged and expects people to order and deal with her disrespectful remarks and sarcastic comments 24/7. Would never order from this company due to its lack of basic hygiene, lack of customer service, disgusting comments, broken cups and choke hazards and cats practically packing the cups themselves whilst having worms. Seriously hope this business gets taken down asap, this is NOT how you run a business.
